  Management is terrible and is regularly replaced with less competent people. Rent is increased yearly, and yet the facilities are never improved.
  
  Maintenance guys' have their hands tied. They do the best they can, but they are not allowed to fix things the way they should.
  
  Their "work order" system is faulty not because of the workers, but because of the lazy management not communicating with them properly.
  
  A few examples:
  
  I regularly complained about my sink for a year. (Handle falling off or leaking) That year a repair was attempted 5 times. Each time I just asked them to replace the faucet. A year later I learned that the reason they didn't replace it in the first place was because they didn't have the budget to do it. Hello? What about the 50 extra dollars I have been giving you this year every month?
  
  We have complained about our dishwasher constantly, and they will not replace it. It is louder than a vacuum. That is unexceptable. The other apartment's washers sound great.
  
  The grounds are horribly kept. They used to mulch and trim bushes on a regular bases when we first moved in. Now you have to make a special request, and hope that they remember to tell the maintenance.
  
  We had a disposal below our sink and it stopped working. We called to have it fixed. They came in and just got rid of it instead. Again the reason was not enough in the budget.
  
  When we first moved in we we're showed an apartment. We asked about the storage unit outside and they said that every unit has a storage unit just outside the door. Very useful. Except that when we moved in we didn't have one. When we asked about it, they rudely gave us instructions to walk outside and look for a door, because every unit has storage afterall... Except for ours and a couple of others.
  
  A few years ago we had a grill stolen from off of our porch. The lease stated nothing of owning a grill it only said that the grill could not be used. Well, turns out the management went through the whole complex and stole everyone's grill. Oh did I mention that the manager at that time was also arrested by the FBI for embezzlement. Old habits die hard I guess.
  
  When I inquired of why the facilities were getting worse, but they we're getting more money, they said "Well you can always break your lease and choose to live somewhere else."
  
  I would not recommend that anyone live here unless they are out of options. The rent is one of the lowest in the area, and the lease is month to month after the first year. ThatsT pretty much it though.
